This yin practice offers the ultimate pause to restart by focusing into the Spleen and Stomach meridian lines. These organs are responsible for turning the outside world into energy for our bodies. And who couldn't use more energy?!
Speed Up to Slow Down
This practice encourages the leaning in to the back to back activities of our life, in order to utilize that extra charge of energy. Be okay with the extra doings, so long as we can feel content when we pause.
Nooks & Crannies
A shortened version of the 75-minute class for those that want the benefits but may not have much time. Enjoy this deep dive into the nooks and crannies of the body w/ twists, folds, and extra nourishing compressions.
Lymphatic Boost
This practice supports the overall well-being of the body by focusing and boosting the Lymphatic System. Our bodies are made up of lymphatic pathways, lymph, glands, and lymph nodes that work to rid the body of toxins and waste.
Think Less, Just Move
This class motivates you to simply move. Don't overthink the getting started. Just get on your mat, and let my voice carry you step by step.
Grow Strong
This 20 minute power flow offers an instant boost of strength and flexibility! Recommend 1 block (or big book), and a comfortable place to practice. Be mindful to modify to hands and knees when needed.
Processing Loss
Whether you've lost a person, pregnancy, pet, job, or are experiencing a breakup, loss can be difficult. This one hour practice meets you where you're at, and offers a lighthearted, yet thoughtful practice for processing your loss.
Embrace Your Space
Yin Yoga is a wonderful addition to any movement practice, or simply as an entry into one. Yin is gentle, yet powerful. Poses are held 3-6 minutes to allow for deep focus into the body, specifically at the tendons, ligaments, and joints. Energy lines are affected which aims to rebalance the body and alleviate physical discomfort.
Regain Equilibrium
Focus on the Liver and Gallbladder Meridian Lines to rebalance the body and mind. Post travel and even post pandemic, these events cause shock to our systems. Let's reset! Be prepared to hold each pose 3-5 minutes, and utilize props for support.
Conscious Core | 25 Min Yoga Flow
Build strength and endurance by moving intentionally from your core (front and back body torso). Enjoy this "conscious core" practice when you're short on time but want a good workout!
Lengthening Yoga | 45 Min Flow
Nothing feels better than elongating the muscles and creating extra length in our bodies! This practice will help you to feel connected to your starting point, then slowly find that extra spaciousness as we breath and move.
